ルーティングされたソーシャル表現について


Social expressions use the same interaction routing system as PureCloud chats, phone calls, and emails, and arrive in the same agent view. PureCloud sends a routed social expression to an agent for retrieval.

The Routed Expressions tab in social channel management shows expressions that the system routes to agents. 

Specify a date range to see routed social expressions.

  1. Click a start date and an end date on the calendar.
  2. Click Apply Date Range.
