Add a call route


The following permissions:

  • Architect > Flow > Add
  • Architect > Flow > Edit
  • Architect > FlowView
  • Telephony > Plugin > All

Add a call routing configuration entry to associate a telephone number or numbers with a call route. When callers dial a number specified in the call routing configuration, they will be routed to the appropriate call flow.

Note: You can add an unlimited number of addresses to a call route. However, the larger the number, the slower the Edge takes to process them.


  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. Under Routing, click Call Routing.
  3. Click . 
  4. In the Name field, type a unique call routing name. This name appears in your list of entries on the Call Routing page.
  5. To add phone numbers to associate with the configuration, do the following:
    1. Under Addresses, click .
    2. 電話番号の文字列を数字形式でもれなく入力します。
    3. [送信] をクリックします。
  6. Repeat step 5 to add more telephone numbers.
  7. 保存をクリックします。

    2. Click the Select Schedule Group list, type the first few letters of the schedule group to associate to the configuration, and select it from the list.
    3. Click the Open list, type the first few letters of the published call flow to associate to the configuration's open hours, and select it from the list.
    4. Click the Closed list, type the first few letters of the published call flow to associate to the configuration's closed hours, and select it from the list.
    5. Click the Holiday list, type the first few letters of the published call flow to associate to the configuration's holiday hours, and select it from the list.

    2. Click the All Calls list, type the first few letters of the published call flow that users enter when they dial the associated number or numbers, and select it from the list.
  3. To select a flow to route calls in emergency situations, do the following:
    1. Under Emergency Routing, click the Select Emergency Group list, type the first few letters of the emergency schedule group to associate to the configuration, and select it from the list.
    2. Click the All Calls list, type the first few letters of the published call flow to that users enter when they dial the associated number when emergency routing is enabled, select it from the list.
  4. Click Save. A message appears, indicating that your entry was saved. Your entry may take a few minutes to appear in search results.  

Note: Only call flows previously published in Architect appear in this list. You cannot associate a call route configuration with an unpublished call flow.

When you select an emergency route and corresponding flow to use in emergency situations, you must activate the emergency route. For more information, see Activate or deactivate an emergency group. A flow associated with an emergency group must be published in Architect. In a call route, an activate emergency group has a red flame indicator next to the route. Click the red flame to open the emergency group and view or edit configuration.
