Check logs in Salesforce
You can check logs in Salesforce for the Routing of Salesforce Emails and Campaign Management integrations. The logs appear in the Logging section under Shared Settings on the managed package settings page.
By default, Logging Level returns logs about errors. If you want to expand the types of logs that you see, select DEBUG and click Save.
To view the logs, click View logs. This link opens the PureCloud Logs page, which lists all logs associated with your integrations in Salesforce.
