Configure the sort order of campaign members

Note: This article applies to PureCloud for Salesforce.

You can configure the order in which PureCloud dials campaign members on campaigns in Salesforce. (To add campaign members to campaigns, see Add Members to Campaigns in the Salesforce documentation.)

Configuration for the sort order appears two places: on a campaign setting and on campaign members. First, select how PureCloud sorts campaign members on a campaign setting (Sort List Numerically, Sort List Ascending). Then select what PureCloud sorts by following these steps:

  1. In Salesforce, click Campaigns in the top toolbar.

    The Campaigns Home page appears.

  2. Click a campaign.
  3. Under Campaign Members, click Edit next to a campaign member.
  4. Enter a value for Sort Order.

    Sort Order can be any value, such as a last name or a company name. 

  5. 保存をクリックします。
  6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for other campaign members.

Note: If phone numbers change on contact or lead records that are associated with campaign members, then you must resync this data to PureCloud. For more information, see Resync campaign members.

After your campaign starts, you can monitor campaign activity.
