Dialer Campaign Success Results by Day report


The Dialer Campaign Success Results by Day report displays a daily breakdown of the results for one or more dialer campaigns during a specific date range. The report includes weekly and monthly totals. If the report includes more than one dialer campaign, the report aggregates the totals for all the campaigns into the daily breakdowns. The report details include:

  • ダイヤル、連絡先、放棄の総数
  • 発信されたコールに対する、連絡先の割合 (%)
  • 発信されたコールに対する、放棄されたコールの割合 (%)
  • 連絡先数に対する、放棄されたコールの割合 (%)

Note: This report does not count dials placed in Preview Mode because the agent, rather than the outbound dialing system, places the call.

パーセンテージの列では(例えば % 連絡先/ダイヤル列)、その列内の上位 1/3 には上向きの矢印が表示されます。下向きの矢印は、その列内の下位 1/3 に入るパーセンテージであることを示しています。矢印がないものは、その列内の中間 1/3 に入るパーセンテージであることを示します。 

Dialer Campaign Success Results by Day report

レポートカラム 説明
日付 The date of the dials.
ダイヤル The number of calls placed by the campaign.
Total Contacts The number of calls answered by a remote party and connected to an agent.
% Dials The percentage of contacts made compared to the number of calls placed.
Total Abandons The number compliance abandons. Compliance abandons are connected calls that took longer than the configured compliance abandon threshold to reach an IVR or an agent. Even if the call reaches an agent, the call counts toward this total if it takes longer than the threshold to reach an agent. Change the compliance abandon threshold’s two-second default in Outbound settings. For more information about compliance abandons, see Outbound abandoned calls.
% Dials The percentage of abandoned calls compared to the number of calls placed.
% Contacts The percentage of abandoned calls compared to the number of contacts made.
