録音を聞く


前提条件
  • Communicate – User default role or the ConversationCallRecord permission

Access recordings from the inbox. You can also listen to, share, and manage recordings from your workspace in Documents

Note: This article describes how to listen to user-initiated recordings during calls not related to queues. For information about listening to recordings made during queue-related voice interactions, see インタラクションの詳細を表示
  1. Click the Inbox icon on the sidebar.サイドバーのインボックスの通知
  2. Click the Recordings icon.録音を選択します。
  3. それを開くために録音を選択します。
  4. Click Play.
    The recording plays on your computer’s default speakers.
  5. To download the recording, click the Download icon. Dowload icon
  6. To do more with the recording, click More Options.More Options menu
    • If the recording is from a user in your organization, see contact information and start a chat or email.
    • Mark the recording as unread or read.
    • Rename the recording.
    • Delete the recording.
