作業計画の週ごとの構成を管理


Prerequisite: Select the desired management unit.

作業計画の名前、週の有給時間、シフト間の最小時間、日数を編集できます。


  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Management Units. The Management Units page opens.
  3. Under Configuration, click Work Plans.
  4. 右上にある [管理ユニット] リストをクリックして必要な管理ユニットを選択します
  5. オプションで、検索フィルターを使って作業計画のリストを絞り込むことができます。
  6. 作業計画を選択します。 


  1. Click the work plan’s current name. 
    Note: The Edit Shift dialog box opens.
  2. Enter a new name for the work plan and then click the check mark.


  1. Click the Weekly Paid Time box. 
    Note: The Edit Week Details dialog box opens.
  2. 時間と分の矢印を使用して、この作業計画の週次有給時間数を編集します。
  3. Allow flexibility in the number of weekly paid hours for this work plan by doing the following:
    1. [設定可能な時間] チェック ボックスを選択します。
    2. Under Minimum, set the minimum number of paid hours allowed for the shift week using the Hours and Minutes arrows.
    3. Under Maximum, set the maximum number of paid hours allowed for the shift week using the Hours and Minutes arrows.
  4. Click OK

  1. Click the Weekly Paid Time box. 
    Note: The Edit Week Details dialog box opens.
  2. Select the Minimum Time Between Shifts check box.
  3. Set the desired amount of time allowed between shifts using the Hours and Minutes arrows. By default, the minimum time between shifts is set to 12 hours.
  4. Click OK


  1. Click the Weekly Paid Time box. 
    Note: The Edit Week Details dialog box opens.
  2. In the Max Days area, optionally use the up and down arrows to change the default maximum number of days to schedule an agent per week. By default, the maximum number is set to 7 days.
  3. Click OK
