Reports not found in the output directory


Note: This article applies to the Verint WFM historical integration.

Verint cannot find the reports for the Verint WFM historical integration in the output directory. The reports may not appear in the output directory for several reasons:

  • The properties for the reports in the connector configuration are set to false. 
    • Enable the reports by setting the properties to true in the connector configuration. For more information, see Add a Verint WFM integration.
  • The UNC path listed in the connector configuration contains errors or does not exist. 
  • The connector has been stopped.
  • The service account that the ININ Bridge Server service is running as does not have write access to the output directory.
    • Confirm that the service account that the ININ Bridge Server service is running as has write access.
  • The output directory is not accessible due to network issues.
    • Check the security settings on the output directory.
  • The cloud is not accessible due to network issues.
    • Check your network.
