作業計画の週ごとの構成を設定


新しい作業計画を作成したら、スケジュールを作成して維持するために使用する、作業計画の週次有給時間の制限を設定します。

  1. Click the Weekly Paid Time box. 
    Note: The Edit Week Details dialog box opens.
  2. [週次有給時間] チェック ボックスを選択します。
  3. To change the weekly paid time from the default amount of 40 hours:
    1. Select the Weekly Paid time box.
    2. Specify the number of weekly paid hours for this work plan using the Hours and Minutes arrows.
  4. Allow flexibility in the number of weekly paid hours for this work plan by doing the following:
    1. [設定可能な時間] チェック ボックスを選択します。
    2. Under Minimum, set the minimum number of paid hours allowed for the shift week using the Hours and Minutes arrows.
    3. Under Maximum, set the maximum number of paid hours allowed for the shift week using the Hours and Minutes arrows.
  5. To optionally set the minimum amount of time before an agent can begin a new shift. By default, this setting is disabled.
    1. Select the Minimum Time Between Shifts check box.
    2. Set the desired amount of time allowed between shifts using the Hours and Minutes arrows. By default, the minimum time between shifts is set to 12 hours.
  6. Under Max Days, optionally use the up and down arrows to change the default maximum number of days to schedule an agent per week. By default, the maximum number is set to 7 days.
  7. Click OK

Next, configure daily shifts.
