View and edit interaction logs


Note: This article applies to PureCloud for Salesforce and PureCloud for Zendesk.

You can view and edit interaction logs for interactions that are currently active or recently disconnected from one of two places in the menu.

    1. [メニュー] > [インタラクション]をクリックします。
    2. To view the interaction log, click Interaction Log on an interaction.

    1. Click メニュー> Interaction Log.
